Account Help
Your My Club Red account allows you to view your monthly offers, current points, download your win/loss statement and more! Please review the topics below if you are having trouble activating or accessing your My Club Red account.
Returning Account Users
Welcome to the new and improved My Club Red! If this is your first time using our new portal you will need to create a new password to access your account. Please use the Activate Account button under the First Time User section below.
If you have already created your new My Club Red account, please use the button below to log in and view your points and offers. If you are having trouble logging in, please see the Forgot Password or Forgot Account Number/Lost Card sections below.
First Time User?
To create your account please supply:
- Your account number
- A valid email address
- A unique password for your online account
- Your birthdate to confirm your identity
Forgot Password
Please use the Forgot Password form to reset your password. Instructions will be sent to the email address you supplied when you created your My Club Red account. If you cannot remember or gain access to this email address, please visit Club Red or contact us for further assistance.
Forgot Account Number / Lost Card
You can locate your account number on the front of your Club Red card, or visit Club Red in person to obtain your account information or request a new card. A valid photo ID is required.
