I am Dan White, Marketing Manager for the Nisqually Red Wind Casino. I have the privilege of working with a great group of people in the Marketing department here at Nisqually Red Wind Casino. This includes the Rewards Club, Casino hosts, Transportation, Valet, Promotions, Advertising and Entertainment. We strive to create programs, promotions, events and services that give you, our guest, a rich and rewarding experience.
Every decision we make in marketing reflects our operation's vision; To be the premier gaming and entertainment venue by providing an atmosphere of exceptional service and value for our guests. It is with this in mind that we develop our programs and services and constantly evaluate how we can deliver this in new and rewarding ways.
Currently, Rewards Club Members qualify for a wide range of benefits and rewards simply by using their card when they play. This includes the monthly Mailbox Rewards program, discounts in the Blue Camas Buffet (when you pay for your meal using your points), entry into casino promotions and drawings, cash rewards and much, much more.
2010 is going to see even more rewarding benefits and services for Rewards Club members. We will be announcing these new features soon. We believe our new programs will give guests more reasons to choose Nisqually Red Wind Casino. In addition, we are planning some new promotions that we think will generate a lot of excitement in the casino and provide a fun and memorable experience for our guests.
