Short-Term Disability
Nisqually Red Wind Casino offers short-term disability benefits (partial wage replacement) to provide financial assistance if our employees are unable to work due to illness or injury. This benefit is 100% paid by the Casino.

Life and Accident Insurance
Eligible employees are provided with Basic Life and Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance at no cost. The benefit is one times annual salary.

Retirement
All employees are eligible to participate in the Casino's 401(k) retirement plan after working for us for three months as long as they are 18-years or older. Our plan is designed to help all employees have a financially secure and comfortable retirement.

Paid Time Off
To provide flexibility to employees in regards to scheduling their time away from work, Nisqually Red Wind Casino provides 21 days of accrued paid time off during the first two years of employment. This increases over time to a maximum of 31 days of paid time off after seven years of employment. Additionally, the Casino provides Jury Duty and Bereavement Leave to all employees.
