We know your intentions mean well, so how about a fool proof plan? Bring her to Red Wind to enjoy our All-You-Can-Eat Buffet featuring special Mother’s day dishes…
Beginning with Brioche French toast with Fresh Strawberries & Vanilla Sauce, Prosciutto and Asiago Stuffed Chicken with Marsala Wine Sauce, Macadamia Halibut with Mango Coconut Cream, Shrimp and Scallop Newburg with Buttered Farfalle Noodles, Pan roasted Filet Mignon with Wild Mushrooms and Red Wine reduction, Grilled King Salmon with Blackberry Ketchup and Fresh Berries, and topping it off with Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce.
This menu is extensive beginning with Brunch and changing out to lunch and dinner as the day progresses. The Buffet will not be closing during the change-over and will remain open all day.
