Blue Camas Buffet

We often say that our buffet is “The Best Buffet in the State.” And we work hard to live up to that. We have challenged all of our Food & Beverage staff to ensure that this claim is valid at all times to all of our guests. Our Blue Camas Buffet is the star food service attraction for the entire casino. Come and judge for yourself whether we live up to our title.

Children are welcomed in the Blue Camas Buffet but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children with an adult must enter through the main entrance of the casino and check in with security for an escort to and from the buffet. Children 12 and under eat for half price.

Squalli Absch Grille

Squalli Absch Grille is a food service oasis for our guests. The warm, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere provides a peaceful respite from all the excitement happening in the casino. The menu is crafted to please all of our guests who appreciate an authentic culinary experience. The Early Bird and Daily Specials in the Grille cannot be matched in quality for the same price. Menu items are reviewed on a regular basis to satisfy the preferences of our guests.

The age limit for the Grille is 16 and over, under 16 will not be permitted - no exceptions.

The Medicine Creek Deli

The Medicine Creek Deli provides New York Deli style meals and espresso specialties at all hours of casino operations. The specials in the deli are created to satisfy the unique tastes of all of our guests.
